Tour Terms & Conditions – Quick Summary
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, 5D Quantum Awakening requires all participants to agree to our tour policies. Key points include:
- Deposits & Payments: A $500 deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due 45 days before departure. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are refundable (minus a $85 admin fee) if cancellation occurs 90 days or more before the trip. Later cancellations are generally non-refundable unless your spot can be filled.
- Health & Safety: Tours involve high altitude (~11,152 ft / 3,399 m), hiking, and uneven terrain. Participants must disclose medical conditions and consult a healthcare professional if needed.
- Responsibilities: Participants must follow guide instructions, respect local laws and customs, and behave safely. The trip leader reserves the right to remove anyone whose actions endanger themselves or others.
- Liability: By signing the full agreement in the Google Form, participants acknowledge and accept the risks of travel and agree that 5D Quantum Awakening is not responsible for injury, illness, or property loss.
- Foreign Credit Card Fees & Currency Exchange Fees: In order to keep these prices to a barebone minimum so all can enjoy. There may be fees for credit cards issued outside of the US or currency exchange to US dollars. To forego this fee please email me about bank to bank transfer.
Full Terms & Waiver: All participants are required to review and electronically sign the Application & Liability Waiver AND the Participation Agreement via our Google Form. You may request a pdf copy from k@5dquantumawakening.com before and/or after completion. Also, please let me know if you would like a weekend or an evening zoom check in or phone call to go over this tour and any questions you might have.
