HIGH ELEVATION
Please be prepared for higher elevations and bring any medications you might need to help you with elevation sickness. Most hotels have mate de coca (coca leaf tea) which helps some with elevation sickness. It is important to rest and stay hydrated as much as possible on your first day in higher elevations. We are saving Cusco for last days so that your body can acclimate.

LATAM Airlines LAX to LIM on July 10, 2025 at 9:30 pm. Arriving to Lima morning of July 11. I highly advise traveling 3 days ahead of this trip to acclimate to high elevation. I will be in Urubamba doing the same if you would like to join me.
ie. LATAM Airlines: LAX July 10th 9:30 pm flight arrives in Lima at 8:05 am July 11th.
