Pre-Session Preparation for Your QHHT Session
Set Your Intentions
- Spend some time reflecting on what you want to explore during the session. Write down a list of questions you have for your Higher Self. These might relate to your life purpose, relationships, health, career, or any other concerns.
- You can also include questions about past life experiences or spiritual connections you’re curious about.
Limit Stimulants
- Avoid consuming caffeine, alcohol, or any other stimulants for at least 24 hours before your session. These substances can interfere with your ability to relax deeply.
- Do not avoid caffeine if it will lead to a headache or discomfort.
Get a Good Night’s Sleep
- Make sure you’re well-rested. Being physically and mentally relaxed helps with reaching the hypnotic state.
Dress Comfortably
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Layers are recommended in case you feel warm or cool during the session.
- You will be with me for an average of 4-5 hours or longer.
Eat a Light Meal
- Have a light meal before the session, but avoid heavy or rich foods that might make you feel sluggish. A healthy snack is fine.
- Feel free to bring snacking food as we will be together for quite some time.
Hydrate Well
- Drink plenty of water leading up to the session. Staying hydrated supports mental clarity and relaxation.
Be Open and Relaxed
- Approach the session with an open mind and trust the process. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to experience QHHT.

Avoid Over-Scheduling
- Avoid planning any intense activities or appointments after your session. You might feel reflective, emotional, or in need of rest following the session.
Bring Your Questions
- Bring your prepared list of questions with you. You can write them in order of priority to ensure the most important ones are addressed. A great way to organize questions is in categories (personal and health and wellness). Limit yourself to 12 questions. Bring the questions neatly written or printed out.
Prepare for Time
- QHHT sessions can last anywhere from 4 to 6 hours, so plan accordingly and let others know you’ll be unavailable during this time.
Meditate or Breathe
- Practice some light meditation or deep breathing exercises before the session. This helps calm the mind and prepares you to enter a relaxed state.
Trust the Process
- Know that your Higher Self will provide the answers and guidance you need most. There’s no need to force or control the session—simply allow yourself to receive.
- Once you book the session, your SC will start helping you prepare and you might notice small shifts in yourself.
